 We have a ladies magazine here in Australia called Woman’s Day… it comes out weekly. We also have one called Woman’s Weekly… It comes out every month ( Go figure )

Forum marketing is great.  It can bring lot’s of traffic and hence sales or sign-ups or whatever it is your goal is to your site. 

There are a few basics we need to cover to make it as effective as possible though. There is a fine line between being a forum contributor and a forum spammer. Here are some tips on becoming the former.

Pick Your Forums

You need to pick your forums. What I mean is there is no point joining a Scrapbooking forum to generate visitors to your Dog Training site. You want your visitors to be as laser targeted as possible.  I have a piece of software here that is yours free that finds specific forums for you.

For example, I typed  “Dogs” into the Forum Finder software and got over 51,000 results. That is 51K forums discussing Dogs. I then typed in Labrador and still got over 2,500 results for forums dedicated to Labradors. Even 2 results for Labrador Pups, so this tool is enormous for finding laser targeted visitors.

 For months now I have been getting emails from a whole lot of guys wanting to know why I haven’t emailed them lately regarding my latest review or product recommendation or free download or links to important stuff of interest. 

Truth is, I have been so busy with a couple of new websites since early November that I haven’t had time for anything else. ( Ask Mrs Mac )

So now it is payback time. Most of you have been subscribers for over 2 years now while I still get over 15 new subscribers every day through various projects. It is time to give back to you guys.

So…….. I`ll be upfront here folks. I aint no super duper person claiming to make a gazillion dollars a month on the net. Nowhere near it. In fact, what I average monthly as of now is just a basic monthly wage that  people make in the real world.

Now, you are probably thinking “ Why should I listen to this guy? I want to get into the Mike Filsaime league. Not some petty 2K a month league”  Well, before you get anywhere near Mike you have to pass me first. I cannot nor would I attempt to tell you how to make 2K a week or 40K a month. I don’t know how. If I did I would be doing it now.But I do know how to make 2K a month and that is the level I would sincerely love all you guys at. Some of you are past that. Great.
